ConnectATM Managed Services
We run the back office of your ATM route.
Phone support, processing oversight, vault cash, merchant relations, and technical support — handled by the same team that has installed and serviced over 1,000 machines. You keep the route. We take the headaches.
The part nobody warns you about
Buying the machines was the easy part.
Most operators don’t quit because the route stopped making money. They quit because of everything around the route — the 9pm call from a merchant, the processor statement nobody can read, the cash order that has to go in before Thursday, the error code that means a service call or a five-minute fix and you can’t tell which.
-
The phone never stops
Merchants call you, not your processor. Nights, weekends, holidays.
-
Statements go unread
Interchange, surcharge splits, and fee changes hide in a PDF nobody opens.
-
Cash is a second job
Forecasting, ordering, armored coordination, and your own money sitting in a safe.
-
Downtime is invisible
A machine goes offline Friday and you find out when the merchant gets loud.
What we handle
Five services. One monthly fee. No contract games.
Take all five or take the one that’s costing you the most sleep. Everything below is work we already do every day on our own machines.
Phone support
A real number your merchants and technicians can call, answered by people who know ATMs.
- Dedicated support line for your locations
- Extended hours coverage, including weekends
- Calls triaged, logged, and escalated to you only when they need you
- Your route, your brand — we answer as your operation if you want it that way
Processing
We manage the processor relationship instead of leaving you alone with a portal login.
- Terminal setup, TID provisioning, and EMV/software compliance
- Surcharge and interchange review — line by line, every month
- Statement audits that catch billing errors and dead enrollments
- We work with Switch Commerce, CDS, PAI, and others
Vault cash network
Stop funding your own machines. We connect you to vault cash providers and run the coordination.
- Introductions to vault cash and armored carrier partners
- Cash forecasting per machine so you stop over- and under-loading
- Order placement and delivery scheduling
- Reconciliation and dispute follow-through
Merchant support
Your locations stay happy, which is the only thing that keeps a machine in the door.
- Merchant onboarding, paperwork, and signage coordination
- Split payments and statement questions handled for you
- Proactive check-ins on your highest-volume locations
- Relocation support when a location goes cold
Technical support
Most ATM problems are a settings problem, not a hardware problem. We know the difference.
- Remote diagnostics and error code resolution
- Programming, key loading, and parameter changes
- Wireless provisioning and connectivity troubleshooting
- Parts sourcing and service dispatch when hands are actually required
Monthly reporting
One report that tells you what your route did and what to do about it.
- Per-machine transaction counts, surcharge, and interchange
- Underperformers flagged with a recommendation: fix, relocate, or sell
- Uptime and service history
- Portfolio value estimate, updated as your numbers change
Why the statement audit matters
We audit our own processor statements every month. Here’s the kind of thing we find.
These are real categories of error from our own portfolio review — services enrolled and billed but producing nothing, rate cards that never got applied, wireless lines billed for machines that came out years ago. None of it shows up unless somebody reads the statement.
Most operators have never had anyone look. That’s usually where the first few months of our fee comes from.

How it starts
Four steps, about two weeks.
-
Route review
Send us a recent processor statement and a machine list. We come back with what your route is actually earning per machine and where it’s leaking.
-
Scope and price
You pick the services you want. We quote a flat monthly fee per machine. Month to month — no term, no early termination language.
-
Onboarding
We take portal access, load your machine and merchant list, publish the support number, and set up cash and reporting cadence.
-
We run it
Calls come to us. Statements get read. Cash gets ordered. You get one report a month and a call when something needs your decision.
Pricing
Programs start at $500 a month.
No percentage of your surcharge. No revenue share. You keep every dollar the route earns — we charge a flat monthly fee for the work, not a cut of your business. Where you land depends on how many machines you run, where they are, and which of the services you actually want.

Call for pricing
Tell us how many machines you run and which services you want. We’ll price it on the call — no proposal process, no discovery deck.
Under five machines, or not sure which tier fits? Call and we’ll tell you straight whether this is worth it for you.
Questions we get
Straight answers.
Do I have to switch processors?
No. We work with whatever processor you’re on — Switch Commerce, Columbus Data Services, PAI, and others. If we think you’d do better somewhere else we’ll show you the math, but the decision stays yours and it is never a condition of working with us.
Do you take a percentage of my surcharge revenue?
No. Flat fee per machine per month. Your transaction revenue is yours. We’d rather be paid for work we can point to than take a cut that grows whether we did anything or not.
What does it cost?
Programs start at $500 a month. Where you land depends on your machine count, geography, and which services you want, so we quote it rather than publish a rate card. Call 888-430-5535 or email info@connectatm.com and you’ll have a number on that call — we don’t run a proposal process.
How small is too small?
We work with operators of any size, but under about five machines the math usually favors doing it yourself. Call us and we’ll tell you honestly. Sending someone away who shouldn’t be paying us costs less than a bad first month.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Thirty days notice to stop. We hand back portal access, merchant records, and machine documentation in full.
Do you take my machines or my locations?
No. You own the route, the merchant agreements, and the equipment. We are your back office, not a partner in the business. We put that in writing.
What if I’d rather just sell the route?
Then say so and we’ll route you to our sister company, ATM Brokerage, which has closed more than 200 ATM route transactions. Some operators use managed services to clean up performance for a year first, because a documented, well-run route sells for more. Either path is a fine outcome.
Who is actually doing the work?
A dedicated operations team that already manages installations, programming, processor relationships, and merchant support for our own machines. Not a call center reading a script — the same people who solve these problems for us.
Start with a route review
Send us your numbers. We’ll tell you what we’d fix.
No cost, no obligation. We’ll look at your statement and machine list and come back with what your route is earning per machine and where the money is going. If we can’t help, we’ll say so.
We reply within one business day. Your information stays with ConnectATM — we don’t sell or share it.
